Using Platepusher

By using Platepusher, you agree to these terms. Platepusher is provided by SailQuery LLC. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updates.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us at support@sailquery.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Don't use Platepusher to break the law, harass others, or interfere with the service itself. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid features are billed through Apple (App Store). Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. Monthly, annual, and one-time lifetime options are available. Cancel or modify subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard terms.

Content

You own what you create and store in Platepusher. We only process it to operate the service.

Disclaimers

Platepusher is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SailQuery LLC disclaims all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SailQuery LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Platepusher. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, USA.
